Just like flies, moths are enjoyable to eat, mainly because they're so much fun to chase. They don't really taste all that great though.
Moths taste a bit like dusty caterpillars, which I suppose they are, but the dusty stuff on their wings gets stuck all over your tongue, and it really spoils the flavour.
